The hotel was fairly clean with spacious rooms. the staff was absolutely friendly. - the location was ideal, close to Platja Gran. - I loved the Wheelchair Accessible room with a huge balcony and great views.

We were in a the best and nice location just a pleasant stroll away from a hilltop castle.

Incredible, amazing location in Tossa de Mar, just next door to Spain as well as airconditioned restaurant. And a 10-minute walk from Can Ganga Museum. Free breakfast with fresh salad - slices of fresh bread and pastries.

reasonably large good value hotel with a good and fab location next to the sea and the town center as well as beach, supermarket, bars and restaurants. private parking close to property provided.

Beds were quite uncomfortable.

The double room was spacious, there were many tables together, the service was good, and the food was delicious.

It was close to the beach, had aircon and it had an OK pool, nothing special. That is about all positive that we experienced from this hotel.

Extremely bad entertainment, very poor breakfast, design was totally from the 80's, a lot of international visitors- mainly Germans, Dutch and Russians. The hotel is a huge complex with many rooms, very inpersonal, we felt like cattle. The rooms need total renovation, the breakfast was a JOKE, coffee tasted like glue, the food was absolutely uneatable. ABSOLUTELY NOT WORTH THE MONEY!

This hotel is caught in the past. It needs refurbishment. We stayed one night as planned, we would have moved it if were staying longer.The design of every part of the hotel is dated and tired. This is an old fashioned package holiday hotel. Horribly out of touch with the modern consumers requirement.

Great location, close to lovely restaurants and the town center. Rooms are spacious and come with convenient amenities like a sofa bed, heating, and electronic key cards.

This hotel is situated close to the beach and the old town. It is practical and offers value. The balcony was definitely an advantage as you could sit, relax outside the room.

We enjoyed the cleanness of the room, the closeness to the beach, and the efficiency of the air conditioning, especially considering the temperatures. We also appreciated paying less for a parking space in the hotel garage than we would have paid parking on the street.

We would have appreciated a larger bed instead of two separate beds.
